How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Massey Motors is known as the Friendliest Corner In Town. We try to offer the best prices for our customers, offer BH/PH Financing or help obtain outside financing for them, and offer reasonably priced CASH vehicles.

What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Referring their friends because they were a satisfied customer. Recently a customer bought a Cash Car and said they never tell a car dealer they will be back but........... he said he WOULD BE BACK. I really appreciated that compliment.
